All Warranty claims are back to base at buyers expense

All returns are the buyers responsibility as per eBay policy

All items returned due to incorrect purchase (drunk or otherwise) or change of mind will attract a 15% restock + initial postage fee.

Items must be returned in a BRAND NEW, unused, unopened condition to be eligible for refund. Otherwise a repacking fee may apply.

Exchanges also attract a 15% restock fee but we are happy to help

If there are any problems with items received, please contact us ASAP with an explanation of the situation and PHOTOS attached via the eBay message system (desktop log in). We will do our best to remedy the issue.
