When ordering more than one save on postage costs, by consolidating your parts into the one parcel. Just add all the required items to your eBay shopping cart and then in your shopping cart click 'Request Total Invoice From Seller' We can then combine the orders into one, send an updated eBay invoice with your postage savings. We can only do this before items are paid for.

DELIVERY
The usual delivery time once the order has been dispatched is 3-5 days to most metropolitan areas. Regional areas can take up to 14 days.

POST
Items are generally sent by Australia Post with tracking and larger items by courier.

COURIER
Parts that can't be sent by Australia Post will be sent by Courier. Details will be emailed to you . Couriers won’t delivery to PO Boxes. Therefore we require a residential or business address and a contact phone number.

TRACKING
Where tracking numbers are available they will be forwarded to you with our dispatch confirmation email..

PICK-UP
Pick up is welcome form our store / warehouse . Customers always welcome to come in and purchase or pick-up items.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Returns: Items will only be accepted if they are returned NEW & UNUSED.

Buyers will need to provide proof if damaged in transit (satisfactory photos and / or return, at the discretion of Aveska) before item/s is replaced.

If item/s are incorrectly supplied, they will need to be returned before correct item/s are sent - just like any other retail store. Aveska will compensate return postage, once item/s are received back and confirmed incorrect.

Returns due to change of mind or incorrect selection is at buyer's cost with NO exception, and Aveska must have approved the return.
